  • To strive from Covid crisis, we have gone through a series of changes, and in our continuous efforts in digital transformation, I have led a few crucial projects aiming to transform our traditional business models and systems to a modern agile one that enables us to meet the ever-changing customer expectations.

  • I am leading the project within Penta Hotels to set a foot in the space of Metaverse and NFTs. We successfully launched the first NFT project, more details on www.pentahotels.com/nft

    I am horned to be part of DLT Talent program by Frankfurt School blockchain centre, which is designed to empower women to become leaders in the blockchain ecosystem.

  • In rapid digital transformation, it’s vital that we don’t forget who we are. With the support of technology, we still need to use the customer data in emotionally intelligent ways. Having a customer-centric mindset is key in success.

  • With the belief that “a balanced world is a better world”, I founded the LeanIn Circle in the company to support women when I was in Malaysia. I am now serving as a mentor in our company leadership development program to support female colleagues who strive to achieve more in their workplace or their personal life.

I am a digital marketing leader with a demonstrated experience in driving online business, revenue and customer retention in the hospitality industry across Asia Pacific and Europe for a decade now.

Specialised in strategise SEO, SEA and CRM, seeking for the sweet spot in engaging with customers along their customer journey is my everyday joy.

Identifying new trends and technology that would change the way we engage with each other is in my DNA, I have been devoting myself in Web3 and Metaverse related topics and projects since 2022.

Academic Background

  • Develop the digital strategy in website, paid media, SEO, social media and content marketing, responsible for driving online revenue.

    Lead the digital transformation project to optimize customer online journey through major digital touch points, including implementing new technologies and optimizing processes

    Identify new trends and projects, for example the project lead for Metaverse and NFT

  • Responsible for driving MEININGER Hotels (30 hotels across 10 countries) web revenue through Digital Marketing & CRM initiatives

  • Pioneered to build the first-ever cluster digital marketing team in IHG South East Asia region. Received the initial funding from one single hotel owner and then quickly expanded the team and the number of hotels (15 hotels, 5 brands) by proven success of the business model.

  • Reporting to the VP of Commercial Operations, APAC, defining, implementing and managing the digital and promotional strategy for more than 100 Radisson hotels across 12 countries.
